HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION WING RENOVATION

mILWAUKEE, WI

Construction process and final project exceed the expectations of long-term clients.

As with any business, hospitals rely on a solid administration to oversee the day-to-day. A well-designed office space helps ensure they complete their work effectively and efficiently.

Richard Group was tasked with renovating building 70 D-Wing for the administration staff at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. This long-term client had high expectations, and the team of 2-5 people exceeded them by creating a functional working environment that increased the office space and created new meeting rooms to accommodate private discussions of sensitive topics. Richard Group also updated the existing HVAC system to help with air filtration and comfort levels.

Richard Group knows that running a hospital is more than just medical procedures and treatments. The administration office comprises some of the most important people in the building, serving the men and women who risked their lives to protect our country. It was our honor to be able to give back to them by working hard to build a sophisticated and solutions-driven renovation.

I am so proud of the teamwork on this project. Together, we were able to take on a long-term customer and exceed the client’s expectations. This caliber of execution wouldn’t have been possible without the quick thinking, smart strategies, and strong communication of everyone involved.
