The scope of work encompasses the establishment of entirely new telecom rooms, the strategic relocation of existing telecom rooms, as well as the implementation of essential upgrades in HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, critical life safety infrastructure such as fire alarm, and interior finishes. In addition, this project necessitates considerable site work to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

In this context, Richard Group performed the installation of new foundations, exterior masonry walls, new roofing and interior finishes all while working in a 98-bed state-of-the-art medical center. This project encompassed both new construction and interior renovations all while upgrading the facility’s critical infrastructure.
