Richard Group pulled out all the stops for the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base renovation in Tucson, AZ. Bringing out 4-5 of our long-term employees to this new job location ensured the project was done right and made a great relationship with the client in the process.
Over approximately 488 days, we renovated and added two additions to the existing Building 5247 for the 47th Fighter Squadron. The interior renovation included a complete interior demolition, abatement, roof replacement, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering while remodeling approximately 15,000 SF of interior space. The new additions included a small 1,400 SF and large 6,500 SF addition with a sealed air barrier system, fixed theater audience seating, and completely new MEP systems.
This real-life Top Gun squadron deserved nothing less than top-notch service, which Richard Group was delighted to provide without any setbacks or complications.
